Dr. Myles E. Mangram (Founder, President & CEO) - Dr. Mangram has been providing professional business development, consulting, and capitalization services to varying industries (particularly the clean energy industry) for over 30 years. He is also currently Founder & CEO of EnTech Capital Ltd., a clean energy technology focused business development & capitalization firm; and Founder & Executive Director of the National Institute of Clean Energy, a non-profit research institute (in academic partnership with IBM) devoted to the advancement of U.S. and worldwide clean energy technology. He is also currently a part-time Adjunct Professor of Management Studies at Colorado Technical University, where he teaches doctorate-level students in the Environmental & Sustainability concentration.   Prior to that, he was Founder & CEO of Tri-M Management, a global business consultancy, for 23 years. Dr. Mangram’s academic background includes a Doctor of Business Administration degree from SMC University (Switzerland), an M.B.A. degree from Columbia Southern University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Colorado, and legal studies from Southwestern University School of Law. He has also earned an Entrepreneurship Specialization Certification from the Wharton School of Business (University of Pennsylvania), and Sustainability Management Certified Professional  Certificate from the Sustainability Management Association.
Dr. Steven Goldsmith (CTO) - Dr. Goldsmith will serve as the Interim Chief Technology Officer for IQgrid. He spent 32 years with Sandia National Laboratories (retired as a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff in 2011), holds dual appointments in the Mechanical Engineering & Engineering Mechanics Department and the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department at Michigan Technological University (where he is active with the Agile Interconnected Microgrids Research Program & Center), and is a Senior Fellow at the Technological Leadership Institute at the University of Minnesota. His current research and practitioner efforts are focused on intelligent agent systems and technology, particularly the development of microgrid adaptive and multi-agent systems for remote rural regions. His current projects involve the application of intelligent agents for “smart” electric grid controls and microgrids, and cyber security of distributed control systems. Dr. Goldsmith earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
